The Practice of Phiré

My practice is rooted in gratitude for the creative capacity entrusted to us to inhabit the world with care.

In a world of constant motion, my work offers a quiet pause, with each piece stylised to embody stillness.

Process

Each original is developed from graphite drawings and resolved from a deliberate vantage point.

Provenance

With a commitment to material integrity, each original bears a documented lineage and is produced using archival materials intended to endure for generations.

Archival Legacy

One-of-a-kind original paintings with archival museum-grade materials.

Designed to endure for 100+ years for gouache, and 500+ years for oils.

Each medium is selected to best achieve the specific essence and stillness of the subject.

Print Editions

Selected works are available as museum-quality giclée prints.

Earlier collections remain strictly closed as limited editions and will not be reproduced once fully placed. Current and forthcoming works are released as open editions on a rotating basis, produced on premium fine art paper and canvas.

Each collection is available for a season before being retired, allowing the work to reach more homes while preserving a sense of time and place.

My hope is that these pieces bring a quiet sense of stillness and joy into your space.
